The home has been opened since 1984 and is owned by Mrs Geraldine Cole. Her daughter Belinda has been the registered manager for over 15 years, helped by Geraldine's other daughter Annabel.

The Rosamar is registered with National Care Standards Commission and is a member of ARCHA (Avon Registered Care Homes Association.)

We have a full staff team, a number of whom have worked at the Rosamar for over 10 years, and have a lot of knowledge and understanding of all are residents changing needs. The staff are qualified in NVQ - 3 and also do any other recommended training deemed necessary.

There are 2 support staff and the manager throughout the day, with 2 staff on during the evenings. We also have a cleaner who comes in 3 mornings a week and on a friday she will stay on and cook a special meal for the residents tea. During the night there are 2 sleep - in staff on duty.
